Download `harbor-flow-example.zip` or inspect `project/`: includes project/evidence/assets/build/QA, source profile, sitemap and all five referenced browser captures. FACT references resolve to the fictional source. Run the RW research/build checker against the extracted project directory. QA observations preserve their original paths/timestamps; see project/README.md before rerunning checks.
